Confession of a Paparazzi Wannabe

I didn’t mean to but it just happened right in front of my eyes.
I saw a taxi hit into a white BMW Z4 from a bus-stop beside Liang Court.
-A flashback of a certain memory reading about this car in 8days-I know accidents do happen but it isn’t everyday that you get see a local celebrity’s car
get dented. The temptation of whipping out my camera phone and start snapping away is
like having a scoop cake from Tampopo Deli in front of you, which incidentally was what
I had before I waited at the bus-stop. The dent was nothing serious, a small one near the
left headlight.

The recently single lady stopped the car at the bus-stop, in which the taxi followed.
She jumped out and was obviously furious. I would be if it was MY BMW being hit.
Everyone nearby watched the drama unfold.
I couldn’t help but jump for joy being able to witness such moment.
I got to watch someone who hosts on a sports channel in action,
doing something way different. I don’t remember watching such a scene in ‘Growing Up’.  

The funniest moment was when I realized that my shuffle playlist was playing that
Lady Gaga song during that moment.
 
This incident somehow inspired me to think, what if one of the future 8days issue was
somehow like a ‘Accident’ issue: full of bloopers, unglam results of the photoshoots,
accidents that actually happen during the process of making a issue?    

Aren’t the paparazzi the ones that always come out with the worst photos by chance,
or should I say by accident?

I actually feel so bad for Jamie, with that stupid dent on such a beautiful car.
I felt so bad for her during that moment, I almost wanted to go forward to tell her and
scold that taxi uncle, but I figured that it might not be a good moment.
The next thing that could have came out her mouth was ‘Piss off!’ or should I say “Shingz Off!”

Could you help me tell her how bad I feel for her?

or I don’t even wear them, although I want to.

DAD and MUM:
to buy a house,
with a durian tree for dad,
a plot of land for mum to grow her plants and vegtables,
a pond for both of them to rear fishes,
a comfortable house for them to live till old,
to bring their friends for tea,
to have small gatherings…

SIS:
to share the living costs for mum and dad,
to help her if she needs,
to get her nice gifts for being there for me.

MYSELF:
to get a cat, a car, a home,
to start my own cafe/resturant,
to create my own male fashion line..
to live it on my own,
to fufill my dreams,
to the many things I will come up with…  

Study hard and don’t give up.
Imagine if none of them don’t come true.
Work hard and I believe in you.

May god look over you and give you
the intelligence, the logic, the strength,
to do what you need to do.
